1. Reservations & Bookings

1.1 Booking Confirmation

  • A reservation is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified during booking) is received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details once your reservation is processed.

1.2 Guest Information

  • Guests must provide accurate information, including full name, contact details, and valid identification upon check-in.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking if false or incomplete information is provided.

1.3 Minimum Age Requirement

  • The minimum age to book a room is 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking at the time of check-in.


3. Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods include bank Transfer payments, and cash (depending on hotel policy).
  • A security deposit may be required at check-in, refundable upon check-out, subject to room inspection.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellations

  • Free cancellation is available up to insert time frame, e.g., 48 hours before arrival unless stated otherwise.

4.2 No-Show

  • Guests who do not check in on their scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be charged full booking amount.

5. Hotel Rules and Guest Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests:

  • Smoking is not allowed in designated areas only.
  • Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated.
  • Guests are responsible for their belongings.
  • Damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the guest's account.
  • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.

6. Parking and Valet Service

  • Parking is provided free of charge for hotel guests.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside.
